Lecture by Ingeborg Zechner in Ljubljana

Ingeborg Zechner will take part in the International Muscicological Symposium "Composers' Societies Past and Present: Combining the Professional and the National" in Ljubljana, which is part of the Ljubljana Festival. Her lecture on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 will deal with the following topic: "How Music Works: The Screen Composers Association and the Musical Life in the United States in the 1940s and 1950s".

The Austrian Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies (ÖGE 18) sees itself as a discussion and publication platform that brings together researchers, students and those interested in the Austrian history of the long 18th century.
