Curriculum
The curriculum allows options for a variety of specializations. At the beginning, certain compulsory modules have to be completed. Modules are thematic focus groups from which you must complete the compulsory courses and the bound electives. In addition, you have to write a thesis at the end of the respective studies.
Since 2017 there are new curricula for the studies Bachelor Art History and Master Art History. In addition, a doctoral program in philosophy with a focus on art history is also possible at the University of Graz.
In the course of your studies, you will come across various terms that you did not know before. Not only technical ones, but also organizational ones. Here you will find help for the beginning of your studies. From A for App to V for Preparatory Language Courses.
Sharpen your career profile in a targeted manner with certified additional qualifications or extension subjects from the University of Graz. Science-specific areas are covered as well as qualifications for a career in business or in the cultural sector.
