The Section of Musicology has its own library, which is equipped with important reference works, monographs, collected journals and periodicals. It is also stocked with sheet music as well as various sound carriers (LP, MC, CD). In addition, there is an extensive stock of microfilms, VHS and DVDs on music-related topics. The holdings are constantly being supplemented.
Use and borrowing
Borrowing books and sheet music is generally not possible, as we are a presence library. During the academic year, borrowing is only possible in exceptional cases from Friday to Monday with the permission of the course director. Longer borrowing periods are possible during vacations - the vacation borrowing periods are announced on the homepage.
